Powerpoint templates
- You are welcome to use your own corporate PowerPoint template. Or you can use the WasteMINZ Conference PowerPoint template and add in your corporate logo:
- To add your logo to your PowerPoint presentation:
- In the view tab choose Slide Master.
- Once you are in the Slide Master you will see a box on the right hand, bottom of the slide that says, “Your logo”. Insert your logo here.
- The PowerPoint should be wide screen format (16:9)
- All presentations need to be emailed to sarahp@wasteminz.org.nz no later than Friday 10 May. This is so we can get them to our AV people and have them all lined up on the day to save time and last minute technical hitches!
- Depending on the size of your PowerPoint, you may need to use Dropbox, Sharepoint or a file sharing platform such as WeTransfer to send it. Please contact sarahp@wasteminz.org.nz to discuss.

- 28 May: Conference 2024 begins!
- 30 May: Conference 2024 ends.
Gala Dinner theme
Start planning your outfit for the gala dinner - the theme for the dinner will be “Your favourite era”.
Venue information
The conference is taking place at the Claudelands Exhibition and Conference Centre, corner of Heaphy Tce and Brooklyn Road, Hamilton.
Umbrella/coat stands
It's a 20 minute walk from the Ramada or Quest hotels to Claudelands Events Centre where the Conference will be held. Bring an umbrella and a coat with you if you're walking - there will be stands available to store them at the venue.
